Me, in 10 years.

In the next 10 years, I aspire to work in a healthcare facility where I can apply my knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care to patients. Whether it's in a hospital, nursing home, or community health center, I want to be a part of a team that is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of others. As a soon-to-be nurse, I see myself in a position where I can make a real difference in people's lives. I am driven by the desire to help others, and I believe that nursing is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling careers out there. To achieve my goal of becoming a nurse, I am going to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at a good university. I am also going to take advantage of any opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the field, such as volunteering at local hospitals and clinics, and shadowing nurses in different settings. As a soon-to-be nurse, I also hope to continue learning and growing in my profession. I plan to pursue advance...

Happy Mother’s Day

The birth of her daughter has turned a beautiful lady into a safe haven for a little girl. Starting her journey as a mother, as a best friend, and as a very important person for that little girl. She was so happy that she was granted a gift, a gift she has to take care of, let it bloom, and let it shine.  It was a celebration, indeed, it stayed as a celebration. We celebrate it every year, two event in a year that is about them and them only but here we talk about only one. Mother’s day. Do you remember when your Mom used to always scold you for coming home to late when you went to play outside for hours? Or how about your dirty clothes you comes home in? Those are moments in time that when it’s happening, you just feel embarrassment and feel upset but looking back at it now, oh.. how I wish it could be like that all over again. It is very nice to feel a Mother’s warm and endearing embrace.  I thank all of the Mothers who have raised bright and beautiful babies, who hav...

Move Forward

Change is a big step in a person’s. Relying on luck in your life is easy but to make changes to it is harder. Convert that patience, that waiting on an endless string of wishes night by night to mend yourself, to make yourself do something and make that wish of yours into a task to achieve day by day. Don’t you agree that to change for the better and finally succeed in something you’ve wanted for long because you did that change feels so good? It is a success and the same time, a great character development that if continuous, you’ll be a better person in the path you’re heading. A very great change in the course of your life if you change for the better. A circuit is faulty, you change how it is built, it works. Something doesn’t make sense in your sentences, you change a word, the flow is better.  Change is because of something, it’s maybe because of a flaw, a faulty thing, some force in nature. But it starts with you, the only thing that can change all of that. If you use...

REST FOR THE HANDS THAT BUILD

Who doesn’t love a good rest? I know that I love a good rest especially after a busy week. Labor day is a day where everyone, especially the Filipino workers take a day off from all of the work and hassle in life.  It’s really good to have even just a day to rest in this treacherous world that the only thing you do in your whole life is to work and work until you’re worn out and die and people from a thousand years now won’t even remember your whole story other than a tombstone about the grave that you’re in 6 ft under. I guess labor day is just there to still keep the sanity of people and not break them and still keep the world at peace. Without labor day, the people wouldn’t stand another day just working and working. It’s for the safety of themselves and for others. It is one of the best days in a working person’s life. Labor day is one of the best days of the year where we all can rest. Resting can calm ourselves and also the people around us. Without rest then we all wo...

It’s the Final Braincell

3rd grading has been a blast. I have learnt more in coding such as frames and columns. I still haven’t mastered it up until now but it is very helpful! We made a lot of memories again, more fun that came, more fun that will be remembered. When you’re alive, you must feel like you’re living and not surviving. Don’t give a care in the world for the smallest things and live to the fullest, live like it's the last day of your life.  I must say that I wasn’t any that good in the 3rd Quarter, but that doesn’t mean that I didn’t care about my studies. You can study and at the same time, you can have fun. It’s not that hard for other people but when you can master the balance in doing it, then you can be happy even when you are doing assignments. Don’t push yourself all the time and let loose.  It also helps when you do not procrastinate and prioritize your needed requirements, don just do them the night before or an hour before. You should always prioritize them and always give them ...

7 Days of being Holy

Visita Iglesia is a practice done by Filipinos wherein they visit at least 7 churches. "One church equals two Stations of the Cross" is the commonly used strategy used by Filipinos. It is either done on Maundy Thursday or Good Friday of the Holy Week and the Holy Week is the sixth and last week of Lent, beginning with Palm Sunday and concluding on Holy Saturday.  Although our Visita Iglesia this year was a bit different than the past years. We only made it to one church because we didn’t have much time in our hands. But me and my mother always recited the rosary for the whole Holy Week every afternoon to celebrate it. I’ve also heard from my mother during Holy Week that to determine Easter is that after the full moon of April (mostly called the Paschal Full Moon), if it is on a Sunday then Easter will be on the following Sunday. Pretty cool that until now, we use moon phases to determine dates, just like our ancestors. We had a fun time during the Holy Week and the Visita I...
