2 DOWN!

The Second Quarter was very shocking to me as it was far different from the 1st quarter, it was like a big stone dropped into a lake. It was soothing though when it was finished and I was relieved when it was done. I should have made myself more ready for the 2nd quarter like I did for myself for the 1st quarter.

There were a lot of holidays and I wanted to focus on myself more this time because I’ve really worn myself out for the 1st quarter on trying so hard.

Sometimes it’s not about how hard you try but how smart you do the tasks that are being thrown to you.

Being diligent and patient are keys in studying. The more patient you can be on writing your notes and how you organise them, the easier it is for you when you have an upcoming quiz or the periodical exam.

I’m proud with what I’ve achieved this 2nd quarter even though I know I could have done better. What is important is that I tried what I could and it’s better to try than just stay hanging. Sometimes it’s more fun to just let time do its thing and to always have full trust in yourself.

Guess this is it!

I vaguely remember the first quarter of the school year, maybe because it was filled with class issues in the ICT room. But as time has passed, the class grew together more and lessons inside that room were more entertaining. I can’t believe that this is my last reflection for this school year, the last performance task I’m passing to the teacher. For this last reflection, I thank all of the very important people that have contributed for this school year. My teachers, friends, and families. I’ve reflected a lot of my flaws and have tried to make myself a better person in both my academic and social lives. It has really been a great opportunity to hold the name SSC for 4 consecutive years, my whole junior high school life. It has been an honor to serve this school best. As I reflect all of my actions, I wish that I could have done more in those 4 years, especially this year since it’s post-pandemic. This years has taught me a lot of things, and one thing that will always be with ...

Me, in 10 years.

In the next 10 years, I aspire to work in a healthcare facility where I can apply my knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care to patients. Whether it's in a hospital, nursing home, or community health center, I want to be a part of a team that is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of others. As a soon-to-be nurse, I see myself in a position where I can make a real difference in people's lives. I am driven by the desire to help others, and I believe that nursing is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling careers out there. To achieve my goal of becoming a nurse, I am going to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at a good university. I am also going to take advantage of any opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the field, such as volunteering at local hospitals and clinics, and shadowing nurses in different settings. As a soon-to-be nurse, I also hope to continue learning and growing in my profession. I plan to pursue advance...

ONCE UPON A YEAR

Held every 25th of January, the Vigan Festival. It is also celebrated on the day of the Conversion of St. Paul. Many celebrations are made and one is the “CARNAVAL” which everyone adores. See the smiles of every little child as they ride in fun rides! The colourful attractions that take people’s attention to go and ride them.   You can find a lot of other events during this time of the month but this event is one that you shouldn't miss. It is very worth it to attend and to make memories! This is a nice time of the month to visit Vigan.
